Terms & Condition :

❀    Order form must be submit at least ONE WEEK (For Small Order) & ONE MONTH

       (For Large Order).

❀    60% DEPOSIT is required for confirmation your order. 

❀    Orders will only be processed once FULL TRANSACTION PAYMENT is done. 

        Please bank in/online the total payment to the account via Maybank or Public Bank.

❀    Any cancellation order MUST be made by CALL / SMS ONLY at least 3 DAYS 

       before delivery date, NO REFUNDABLE for any cancellation. 

❀    Price may be subjected to change by STK.

❀    For failure to make FULL PAYMENT by the given the transaction details, your order 

        will be considered UNCONFIRM and might be CANCELLED.

❀    I will only entertain order with above details and serius buyer only. This is to make 

       sure your order will be process correctly. Please wait for my confirmation email 

      (within 48 hours) before making any payments. Please make a 

        call / sms if you do not received my feedback within 48 hours..

❀    All delivering by STK is required for additional charges depending on the milage & 

        toll.
